Your First Step Toward Strength & Wellness

Your free session includes a 30-minute private personal training session at our welcoming Andersonville studio. During this session, you’ll meet one-on-one with your trainer to discuss your goals and complete a brief movement assessment to better understand your strengths, mobility, and any areas needing support.

Based on this assessment, your trainer will create a personalized training plan designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and build confidence and consistency. This plan will carry over into your ongoing membership or training package.

Your free session includes:

  • 1:1 training with a certified personal trainer

  • Mini movement assessment and personalized plan

  • Inclusive, HAES-aligned coaching for all fitness levels

  • No pressure—just steady, sustainable progress

Once you choose a training package or membership, we take care of the details. Our team will reach out to schedule your sessions and walk you through what to expect. Before your first session, you’ll complete a brief health intake form so we can understand your goals, movement history, and any injuries or conditions to consider.
