Our private studio personal training gyms offer personalized 1:1 sessions that focus on building strength, improving mobility, and enhancing flexibility—key elements of a preventative fitness, strength and health routine. Whether you are new to exercise or looking to elevate your current program, we are here to guide and encourage you every step of the way.
With flexible 25-minute and 50-minute session options, we will work together to develop a program that suits your lifestyle, helping you stay strong and active for years to come.
In-Person or Virtual Sessions
Enjoy the flexibility of training in our private personal training studio gyms in Andersonville, Chicago, or from the comfort of your home or remote gym location with our live virtual training option. We are committed to making your fitness routine as convenient and effective as possible.
Small Group Sessions - Tandems and Trios
For those who enjoy a supportive environment, we offer Tandem (2 clients) and Trio (3 clients) training options. Get the benefits of training with others while still receiving personal attention in a private setting. Check out our group sessions page for more details.
