Join us for an energizing outdoor workout experience where movement meets mindfulness — right on the turf fields of Foster Beach.
Led by WHP trainer Cody, this 60-minute session combines strength, mobility, and breathwork using just your body, a yoga mat, and the natural rhythm of the lakefront. We’ll move through dynamic circuits, grounding stretches, and restorative flows designed to leave you feeling strong, centered, and fully alive.
